Our cutting-edge device is capable of drilling precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously, thanks to its advanced 7 CNC axes. The seamless integration of CAD/CAM enables the direct generation of processing programs. It handles a maximum H-beam section size of 1000×500mm and a maximum drilling diameter of 33.5mm. The sophisticated control system includes a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece size, and the machine automatically generates the machining program, which can be stored, recalled, displayed, and processed by part number at any time.
