ZMDE Robust H Beam Surface Preparation Shot Blaster

√ The shot blasting machine is a versatile steel treatment line designed for the thorough cleaning of welded structural parts, H steel, section steel, net frames, and steel plates. With a multi-angle arrangement and the world's most advanced unit disk blade technology, it ejects high-speed, dense projectile beams to strike the steel parts in their original state. This three-dimensional, omni-directional cleaning quickly removes corrosion layers, welding slag, oxidation, and dirt, achieving a certain degree of surface roughness and smoothness. This process enhances paint adhesion, increases the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the steel, improves its intrinsic quality, and extends its service life.
√ The machine features an array of functional components including a cleaning room, indoor conveying roller conveyor, inlet and outlet conveying roller conveyors, a shot blasting machine, and a shot recycling system. The recycling system comprises an elevator, separator, vertical and horizontal screw conveyors, shot recycling mechanism, and supply pipeline.
