This state-of-the-art device drills precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously, boasting 7 CNC axes and a processing program generated directly from CAD/CAM. It accommodates a maximum H-beam section size of 1000×500mm and a maximum drilling diameter of 33.5mm. The control system is a sophisticated integration of a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece size to automatically generate the machining program, which can be stored, recalled, displayed, and processed by part number at any time.
