The device can drill precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously. It has 7 CNC axis, CAD/CAM directly generated processing program. The maximum H-beam section size (belly height × wing width) is 1000×500mm, and the maximum drilling diameter is 33.5mm. The control system consists of computer numerical control system,AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, PLC and so on.
