This advanced device is engineered to drill precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously, boasting an impressive 7 CNC axis and CAD/CAM for directly generated processing programs. The machine accommodates a maximum H-beam section size of 1000×500mm (belly height × wing width) and a maximum drilling diameter of 33.5mm. The sophisticated control system integrates a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece size, and the machine automatically generates, stores, recalls, displays, and processes the machining program by part number as needed.
