This cutting-edge device is capable of drilling precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously. It features an advanced 7-axis CNC system and a CAD/CAM directly generated processing program. Capable of accommodating maximum H-beam section sizes of 1000×500mm (belly height × wing width), it drills with a maximum diameter of 33.5mm. The control system integrates a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece dimensions to automatically generate, store, recall, display, and process the machining program by part number at any time.
